TRXbio Co., Ltd. must be notified within 10 days of receipt of product.

TRXbio Co., Ltd. warrants merchantability of purchased products. In the event of any defect in quality or merchantability, Customer’s may make a claim with description of such defect after evaluation of products.  TRXbio Co., Ltd.’s liability to the Customer for any claim relating to defective products shall be limited to replacement or refund of the purchase price.

Should a customer wish to return a product for any other reason, once reviewed and approved, a return authorization number will be given. Please note: A 25% restocking fee in addition to any shipping and handling charges will be applicable.

Product cannot be returned should a buyer waive his or her right to evaluate a pre-ship sample of a new lot of material prior to a bulk purchase.
